Overview

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new roofing leads through a variety of channels, including referrals, canvassing, cold calling, and online marketing
- Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and offer personalized solutions and estimates
- Present roofing options, pricing details, and financing plans in a clear and helpful way
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Keep clients informed and set clear expectations about timelines, materials, and project scope
- Stay up-to-date on the latest roofing trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project completion
- Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging referrals and repeat business
Who You Are

- You have great communication and negotiation skills and enjoy working with people
- You’re goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- You’re physically able to visit job sites and climb ladders as needed
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You’re a team player but also comfortable working independently
- You’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and building relationships

Compensation
- $75,000 to $150,000 per year – with no income cap!
- Commission pay based on your sales performance
- Bonuses and stipends
Location & Relocation
- You’ll be working in Houston, TX 77064, and must be willing to relocate before starting
Work Environment
- In-person, with opportunities to interact directly with clients and visit job sites
