What You’ll Do

• Be the Face of Sonata: Serve as a steward of our mission, responding promptly to inquiries about hospice services and educating others about our philosophy of care.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong referral source relationships while following up on admissions, ensuring seamless connections for those in need.
• Strategic Impact: Collaborate on the creation and implementation of quarterly sales and marketing plans to drive growth and awareness in the community.
• Community Engagement: Organize and deliver educational sessions to community members, healthcare professionals, and facilities to spread awareness about hospice care.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Identify challenges and work closely with your supervisor to implement effective solutions while maintaining high productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two years of sales or healthcare experience, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Skills: Strong sales and critical thinking abilities, with a talent for building lasting relationships.
• Drive: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
