What You’ll Do
- Be the Face of Sonata: Serve as a steward of our mission, responding promptly to inquiries about hospice services and educating others about our philosophy of care.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong referral source relationships while following up on admissions, ensuring seamless connections for those in need.
- Strategic Impact: Collaborate on the creation and implementation of quarterly sales and marketing plans to drive growth and awareness in the community.
- Community Engagement: Organize and deliver educational sessions to community members, healthcare professionals, and facilities to spread awareness about hospice care.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Identify challenges and work closely with your supervisor to implement effective solutions while maintaining high productivity standards.

Qualifications

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
