Position Overview
As a Hospice Marketer, you will be the bridge between our exceptional care services and the communities we serve. Your role is to educate, advocate, and promote our hospice services to referral sources, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of hospice care.
- Provide education on the benefits and services of hospice care to healthcare professionals and community members.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions for patients and families.
- Meet or exceed goals for patient referrals and service growth.
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospice marketing preferred.
- Skills:
