LOCATION
Remote (with nationwide travel approximately 40% on the road, 60% in the office)
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in North American Hospitality end user sales, and a bachelor's degree. Excellent communication, training, coaching, and team-building skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the growth of the Hospitality end user customer base, develop and implement regional business plans, mentor Account Executives, promote consistency in sales processes, collaborate with marketing, and monitor market developments while using Salesforce for planning.

Seeking a National Market Segment Manager in Hospitality to manage and develop the customer base and support sales teams, with a focus on becoming the most trusted supplier in the Hospitality flooring market.
Interface is looking for a National Market Segment Manager in Hospitality to manage the growth and development of the Hospitality end user customer base.
The National Market Segment Manager will lead Interface to achieve our Vision, to become viewed by the North American Hospitality End user market as the most trusted and reliable supplier of Hospitality flooring systems. The growth opportunity for all Interface brands is potentially the largest of all Market segments. The National Market Segment Manager will work closely with the Regional sales teams to unlock this potential, by driving a customer development strategy that they will help to shape. The National Market Segment Manager will build an expertise of the Hospitality sales process and learn from as well as mentor AEs as they support the development of the top influencers within specific Strategic accounts.
- Development and implementation of Hospitality regional business plans.
- Achieve a continuous increase in sales activity with the user customer group.
- Create and implement Account Development strategy for a defined group of strategic accounts.
- Mentor and learn from Account Executives with the objective of improving yours and their sales effectiveness Hospitality Sales activity.
- Promote consistency with Account Executive implementation of the Hospitality Sales process.
- Work collaboratively with Hospitality Marketing leader to grow the Interface brand within the Market.
- Develop and Implement regional network strategy, including industry Association involvement, sponsorship and effective trade show strategy.
- Continually monitor hospitality market developments, provide market information, and forecasts as appropriate.
- Utilize Salesforce as a daily planning and measurement tool.
- Nationwide travel approx. 40% on the road, 60% in the office.
- Manage their own travel and expense budget.

- North American Hospitality End user sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
