What You’ll Be Doing:
- Joining the DHM Strategic Planning Committee and contributing your big ideas.
- Partnering with General Managers and corporate leaders to craft and execute impactful Marketing and Business Plans for each hotel.
- Keeping up with brand marketing programs and providing recommendations that deliver results.
- Developing and refining web and third-party booking strategies.
- Monitoring revenue outcomes and outperforming budgets, industry averages, and the competition.
What We’re Looking For:
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least three years in the hotel industry, with a minimum of one year as a Sales Manager.
- A strong leader who is self-motivated and excels at building and inspiring teams.
- Willingness to sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
