What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Joining the DHM Strategic Planning Committee and contributing your big ideas.
  • Partnering with General Managers and corporate leaders to craft and execute impactful Marketing and Business Plans for each hotel.
  • Keeping up with brand marketing programs and providing recommendations that deliver results.
  • Developing and refining web and third-party booking strategies.
  • Monitoring revenue outcomes and outperforming budgets, industry averages, and the competition.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years in the hotel industry, with a minimum of one year as a Sales Manager.
  • A strong leader who is self-motivated and excels at building and inspiring teams.
  • Willingness to sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Driving revenue growth and ensuring our hotels maximize every opportunity.
  • Collaborating on creative, results-driven Marketing Plans.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
