Seeking a proactive Human Resources/Marketing Manager to lead HR functions and drive marketing initiatives for Allmand Law Firm, enhancing both talent strategy and brand presence.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Human Resources/Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Allmand Law Firm, a lead-based consumer bankruptcy law firm. This unique role combines HR generalist responsibilities with marketing management, providing an exciting opportunity to shape both the talent strategy and marketing initiatives of the firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and marketing strategies, with the ability to drive talent development and growth through targeted marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Lead the recruitment process for all firm positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the right talent is brought into the firm.
- Manage the new employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage employee performance reviews, feedback processes, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in accordance with changes in the law and best practices.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- HR Administration:
- Oversee employee records, payroll, time-off requests, and leave management.
- Manage HR-related reporting, including tracking turnover, headcount, and other key performance indicators.
Marketing Management:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, print advertising, and community outreach.
- Content Creation and Brand Management:
- Manage the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and client success stories, to enhance the firm’s online presence.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Collaborate with the legal team to highlight key practice areas, case successes, and client testimonials.
- Lead Generation and Client Outreach:
- Manage lead generation campaigns, leveraging SEO, PPC, social media, and other tools to drive prospective clients to the firm.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and other potential sources of leads.
- Event Management and Community Outreach:
- Plan and execute client events, webinars, and seminars to educate potential clients on bankruptcy law and the firm’s services.
- Establish the firm’s presence in local community events, professional organizations, and networking groups to build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a legal or lead-based services environment.
- Proven experience with recruiting, employee engagement, and managing HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, WordPress).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of consumer bankruptcy law and related marketing strategies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
