Human Resources Analyst
LOCATION
Hybrid, with offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Manchester (UK), and London (UK). Employees are encouraged to work in the office at least two days per week if living within a 45-minute commute.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics; expertise in HR data analysis, dashboard development, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Develop HR dashboards, perform business analytics, manage compliance data, prepare compensation reports, conduct pay equity analyses, produce DEI reports, and compile talent reports to support workforce planning.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The HR Analyst will develop analytics and dashboards to support data-driven HR initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness and insights into compliance, compensation, DEI, and talent management.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop tailored analytics that inform decisions.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards for key metrics and strategic support.
- Perform business analytics to answer specific HR queries and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage data for compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across HR functions.
- Prepare reports and analyses for the compensation cycle, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Develop executive-level HR reports for board presentations.
- Conduct pay equity analyses and generate reports to ensure fair compensation practices.
- Produce DEI reports to track progress and support initiatives.
- Compile talent reports on recruitment, retention, and development to aid workforce planning and talent management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR data analysis, dashboard development, and data-driven decision support.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with compliance reporting and adherence to legal requirements.
- Understanding of compensation cycles, pay equity analysis, and benefits reporting.
- Knowledge of DEI metrics and talent management reporting.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools or programming languages.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data and insights to diverse audiences.
