Field-based position, primarily working from location to location.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years in HVAC industry, 2+ years in Sales/Estimating, proficiency with CRM software (Hubspot preferred), strong sales work ethic, excellent communication and organization skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and acquire new customers, maintain long-term relationships, provide HVAC solutions, conduct post-sale follow-ups, educate customers on products, and ensure customer satisfaction through seamless service delivery.

POSITION SUMMARY
: This position requires a self-motivated individual with relationship building skills, a commitment to product knowledge who is ready to hit the ground running. Meeting with customers and potential clients daily to understand and meet their needs. Establishing a great rapport with clients and getting them set up with the right products and services and developing key client relationships. Work to close deals by providing our customers with complete and accurate information about our products and pricing and using the art of negotiation.


Duty Summary
: Responsible for identifying, and acquiring new customers as well as developing, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships


Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Ability to interact professionally with suppliers and customers
    • Strong and resilient sales work ethic
    • Experience with CRM software required (Hubspot specifically a plus)
    • High energy level to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines
    • Analytical with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel.
    • Familiarity with the HVAC industry: +3 years (Preferred), Sales/Estimating +2 year (Required)
    • An outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Initiative; self-motivated and driven self-starter with high integrity.
    • Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Building automation sales experience a plus


Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Will serve as the leader of the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. A key result / outcome will be to provide new and existing customers with solutions to HVAC problems and opportunities.
    • Provide knowledge and consultation to potential and existing customers to develop integrated HVAC system solutions for equipment needs.
    • Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
    • Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure.
    • Maintain customer information updated in the CRM Program
    • Act as a liaison between internal departments and customer to ensure seamless delivery of expectations and services
    • Participate in training on the latest industry technologies
    • Work with estimating team on pricing and bidding all projects and maintenance contracts per the organizations pricing plan
    • Monitor and track existing bids to bring to a successful conclusion
    • Conduct post sale follow up to ensure all sales agreements have been satisfied to the customers complete satisfaction
    • Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs
