Position Summary
The HVAC Sales & Marketing Specialist will focus on driving new customer acquisition, building long-term relationships, and promoting our HVAC services and products. This role involves both direct sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales:
    • Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote HVAC services and solutions.
    • Meet with homeowners, contractors, and property managers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend suitable options.
    • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
    • Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.
  • Marketing:
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
    • Manage online platforms, including social media, website updates, and email marketing.
    • Create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and online ads.
    • Attend trade shows, community events, and networking meetings to represent the company.
    • Work collaborates and coordinate marketing events。
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Provide feedback on customer trends and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related fields (HVAC industry preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms).
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems or willingness to learn technical aspects of HVAC services.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
