We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and technology sales, with a focus on B2B environments. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our solutions and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market demands.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in inside sales or territory management within a B2B context.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
