We Are Looking to Add 1 Sales Rep to Our Team. For the Right candidate, This is an Easy 6 Figure Opportunity with 350k+ potential for a top 2 percent Salesperson. One of our people Made 90k last year working only 7 months. Schedule Flexibility Is Great with proper notice.

We are looking for someone interested in Running 10-20 Preset Leads per Week, Monday-Saturday. We generate ZERO leads through door to door canvassing. We Spend big money on Online Marketing, Organic incoming calls, and Nurturing Referrals, that way our Sales Reps are Showing up to ONLY warm/hot Leads. If you get sent to a house, it's because the Homeowner requested to speak with someone about pricing for a serious problem they are experiencing, and in many cases, they need it fixed quickly and don't have time to go get multiple bids. We Have one Hundred Percent 5-star Reviews on Google, So Homeowners don't have hesitation in saying yes to us.

Although we don't do any business door to door, We ARE Looking for Someone Who has Door to Door Experience. If you were a 75 account+ alarm system rep, 150 account+ Pest Control Rep, or ever Earned more than $40,000 in a Single Summer Knocking Doors, we Want to talk to you.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has put their time in Knocking Doors and Gained the Knowledge, but doesn't Want to cold call or travel out of Utah any longer. We Find that When someone Transitions from Door to Door, to Preset Leads/In home sales, it's sort of like going from running in soft sand, to running on a Treadmill. The first half of what you are used to doing (getting in front of customers), is done for you. All you have to do is be charismatic and close.

The PERFECT candidate will have Phone Sales experience in addition to Door to Door, but not Required. There is also huge Recurring Commission Opportunity by contacting Roofers and Builders and Getting them to Use us as their gutter contractor (opportunity available but not required)

Are you Ready to Hear the Downside Now? You will Drive a lot. Although we Try our best to keep people within a 50 mile radius, occasionally Leads come in from up to 3.5 hours away outside the Salt Lake Valley. Often times, these long drives can yield $2,000-$5,000 commissions.

Ultimately, we are looking for our Rockstar who gets all the Leads, and Eventually grows into a Sales manager Position.

Duties

• Make Phone Contact with Incoming Leads to Set Sales Appointments
• Show up to Homes, And SELL, SELL, SELL.
• Generate Referrals from existing client List through phone calls and text

Requirements

• YOU MUST BE VERY SMART. The systems we design and install can be complex.
• COMMON SENSE IS A NECESSITY. We will spend time Training you, and Training you well. But we are too busy to repeatedly have to answer stupid questions. If you are Someone who Learns Quickly, and Doesn't have to be taught the same things over and over again, you Will be rewarded Significantly.
• Schooling. ha. just Kidding. It's sales. You didn't get into this business because you wanted to waste a whole bunch of time in a classroom. We want Action Takers. Although A College degree isn't necessarily a bad thing, it Certainly isn't required. Hungry Highschool Dropouts welcome.
• Comfortable with 1099 Independent contractor status.
