Influencer Manager

Influencer Manager’s Role: The Influencer Manager will recruit and manage influencers based in the United States to promote EcoTail Pets’ Yumkins Pet Treats ("Yumkins") and drive sales.

Company’s Role: EcoTail Pets will handle the shipping of Yumkins to customers and influencers recruited by the Influencer Manager.

Content Requirements: All recruited influencers must post promotional content within one (1) week of receiving the sample Yumkins. This content must include:
- A video of their pet(s) enjoying the treats.
- A description of the treats’ benefits.
- A call-to-action encouraging their audience to purchase Yumkins.
- Use of the script and key details provided by the Company.
- If posted on Instagram, influencers must tag @ecotailpets in their video. If posted on TikTok, influencers must tag @ecotailpets. If posted in Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, or an other social site, influencer must tag @ecotailpets. This is mandatory.

Referral Code: The Company will assign the Influencer Manager a unique referral code. The Influencer Manager must ensure that influencers and customers use this code for tracking sales. Payment to the Influencer Manager will be based on sales tracked through this code.

Compensation for Influencers: Influencers will receive a free bag of Yumkins treats for their cat or dog.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, e-commerce platforms, and Shopify.
• Strong research, copywriting, and budgeting skills.
• Experience in advertising sales and B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct research to identify potential influencers and assess their alignment with brand values.
• Manage relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, including social media and e-commerce efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize future strategies.
• Prepare budgets and reports to track spending and ROI on influencer partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,500.00 per week
