What You’ll Do.
THE ROLE: INFLUENCER MARKETING ASSISTANT
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the Influencer Marketing team in driving authentic, impactful campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial men. This role will play a critical part in increasing brand awareness and engagement through influencer partnerships, product seeding, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for social media, influencer trends, and brand storytelling. With an eye for detail and a knack for building authentic connections, this role will be instrumental in scaling our influencer marketing efforts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Influencer Marketing team in executing campaigns, from initial outreach and contract management to tracking deliverables and reporting on performance.
- Assist in identifying and vetting influencers who align with the brand’s voice, purpose, and target audience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, ensuring they feel supported and connected to the brand.
- Coordinate product mailings and gifting programs to drive organic influencer mentions.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure alignment with campaign goals and provide feedback as needed.
- Track campaign performance metrics (EMV, engagement, reach, sentiment, etc.) and compile reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging creators, influencer marketing trends, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the social and marketing teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader brand initiatives.
- Assist in creating campaign briefs that outline goals, messaging, and deliverables for influencer partners.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing and social media, with 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships. They excel in relationship-building, embody a collaborative spirit, and have a deep understanding of influencer culture and trends. A natural communicator, they are confident in representing the brand to influencers and their audiences. They are detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a keen focus on deadlines and deliverables. Knowledge of or experience working with a roster of men’s lifestyle, outdoor, and athlete creators is a strong plus.
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
- Passion for social media and a deep understanding of influencer culture, platforms, and trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build authentic relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive thinker who can anticipate challenges and offer creative solutions.
- Experience with influencer management tools (Tribe, Creator IQ) and social media analytics platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube is essential; familiarity with other platforms like X (Twitter) and Reddit is a bonus.
- Enthusiasm for men’s grooming, sustainability, and active-outdoor lifestyles.
