QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or related fields, proven success in account or talent management, prior experience in sales and negotiation, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for the digital ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify influencers on various social media platforms, initiate outreach to build relationships, develop creative proposals for influencer collaborations, negotiate terms and close deals aligned with company goals.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll source, engage, and collaborate with influencers and content creators across multiple social media platforms to bring our unique shopping experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Discovery: Identify influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Rednote, and more.
Outreach: Initiate contact with leads to build relationships and present collaboration opportunities.
Creative Proposals: Develop concepts and deal proposals tailored to influencers and campaigns.
Negotiation & Deals: Negotiate terms and close agreements that align with Palmstreet’s goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Proven success in account management, talent management, partnerships, or client services (experience at talent or influencer agencies is a plus).
Prior experience in sales and negotiation.
Passion for the digital ecosystem and familiarity with top-tier content creators.
Ability to use data and insights to shape strategies and proposals.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to client service.
Passion for startups, handmade goods, or small businesses is a plus.
Compensation:
Part-time $40/hour with 20 hours per week
