The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will manage influencer relationships, optimize internal systems, and analyze campaign performance to scale a successful creator program.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of Influencer Marketing, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator will play a dual role in managing external influencer relationships and optimizing internal systems to scale a robust creator program. This position requires a balance of excellent communication and content strategy skills, as well as strong technical and analytical abilities to develop efficient workflows, analyze campaign data, and solve operational challenges. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and external partners to execute campaigns, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Clearly communicate campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring creators have a positive experience working with DeleteMe.
  • Maintain an organized CRM and database for influencer outreach, media planning, and performance tracking.
  • Proactively identify and implement tools or shortcuts to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI) to evaluate success and drive improvements.
  • Regularly audit internal systems and workflows to ensure they meet evolving program needs.
  • Use data to develop actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve influencer marketing strategies.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing external partnerships.
  • Technical proficiency with data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Superset)
  • Experience organizing and maintaining systems, workflows, or project management tools to effectively operate an influencer marketing program.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing channels, particularly YouTube and Podcasts.
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and create scalable solutions to streamline operations.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working within a large-scale influencer or creator program at a brand or agency.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Scripts) to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Understanding of content strategy, creative best practices, and marketing KPIs for influencer campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
