We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help drive Sonic Electronix's influencer partnerships and digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to identify, recruit, and manage influencers who will represent our brand, products, and values to their audiences. You will be instrumental in growing our influencer network, establishing long-term relationships, and optimizing campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building
· Identify and target potential influencers across various social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs.
· Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaborations and brand alignment.
· Develop and execute influencer recruitment strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
· Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with Sonic Electronix’s goals and objectives.
· Oversee the creation of influencer content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
· Work with influencers to ensure campaign requirements are met, including brand guidelines, messaging, and call-to-actions.
Content Management & Approval
· Coordinate the review and approval process for influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
· Ensure influencers are adhering to FTC guidelines and any contractual obligations.
Campaign Analytics & Reporting
· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of influencer campaigns, including engagement rates, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
· Prepare regular reports and insights to present to the marketing team and senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Influencer Budget Management
· Assist in developing and managing the influencer marketing budget.
· Negotiate rates and contracts with influencers to ensure campaigns remain within budget while maximizing impact.
Market Trends & Influencer Insights
· Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and emerging influencers in the consumer electronics and audio space.
· Provide recommendations for new influencer marketing opportunities based on market insights and competitor activities.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Partnerships
· Work closely with product, PR, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
· Assist with influencer events, product launches, and other brand activations to ensure influencer participation and content creation.
Qualifications:
Experience:
· 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
· Experience working with influencers across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs.
· Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal teams.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
· Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
· Knowledge of FTC guidelines for influencer marketing and content disclosure.
