YITTY is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to assist in expanding its Micro Influencer program, manage Influencer relationships, and support social media content creation, contributing to brand growth and awareness.

YITTY is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator

How Do You Fit In?
As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will support YITTY’s fast-growing Micro Influencer program as well as social media content creation. You will be responsible for sourcing Influencers who can create brand-right content and drive our bottom line, managing those relationships, and identifying ways to create content for YITTY brand channels, whether in partnership with Influencers or separately. You’re organized, detail oriented and an excellent communicator. An ideal candidate would be passionate about YITTY, Influencer marketing and social media trends, social media content creation, and have some previous experience with fashion, shapewear and/or lingerie brands.

You will report to the VP, Brand Partnerships + Public Relations and partner closely with PR & Brand Partnerships and Marketing Teams.

What You Will Do:
  • Support the expansion of robust Micro Influencer program by finding, recruiting and managing Influencers that are a fit for the program
  • Responsible for retaining large quantities of Influencers month over month, and working with the Influencer Marketing team to build exciting briefs, incentive initiatives, and in-person activities which keep Influencer participants engaged and support the goals of the program
  • Keep track of Influencer posts to ensure all deliverables are completed
  • Support with Influencer generated content organization, management and distribution process; work with marketing and Acquisition to ensure all content is being fully utilized
  • Set-up processes and manage ongoing work with external product ordering teams, ensuring timely fulfillment of shipments for Micro Influencer program
  • In partnership with the team, maintain and update GRIN + Tribe Dynamics (our Influencer management platform); keep campaigns and content on the platform organized and up to date
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners based on several factors, including content quality, engagement and expected click and sales performance
  • Stay very organized to ensure that all partnerships are executed correctly and as seamlessly as possible
  • Work hand in hand with Social Media Manager to concept quick-turn content ideas for YITTY social channels and handle creation of these concepts; identify social trends team should activate on ASAP and help with execution
  • Help make being in our ambassador/influencer program an excellent experience for everyone we work with
  • Competitive research: know what’s going on in the industry and what our competitors are doing; collect key learnings that can be used to strengthen YITTY’s brand ambassador and influencer
programs
  • Assist with shipping, tracking, scheduling messengers for packages

What You Can Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing/social media; existing Influencer relationships are a plus but not mandatory
  • An eye for incredible Influencers to partners with, plus the ability to manage large quantities of Influencers over an extended period of time
  • Some experience creating quick-turn content for social media platforms; shoppable content is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster collaborative and productive working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
  • Loves fast fashion & our brand! Experience working in fashion or beauty preferred.

The hourly range for this position is from $26.00-26.45. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
