Modifly is looking for a creative Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns, fostering relationships, and ensuring the execution of strategies that align with client goals.

Modifly is seeking a savvy and creative Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager who thrives on strategy, innovation, and execution in the ever-evolving influencer marketing landscape. From designing campaigns to building relationships with creators and their teams, you’ll be at the heart of our influencer marketing efforts, executing campaigns from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder skilled in crafting strategies that align with client goals, negotiating partnerships, and delivering campaigns that drive engagement and ROI. Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals, including platform selection, flighting, and budget recommendations.
    • Research and identify influencers who align with client brands and audiences.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
    • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including contracts, timelines, content deliverables, and approvals.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
    • Act as the subject matter expert in client communications, presenting campaign updates and performance insights.

Requirements

    • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including direct collaboration with creators and management teams.
    • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage compensation, and execute influencer campaigns that drive ROI.
    • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and tactics, particularly within e-commerce and CPG brands.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with an aptitude for turning technical strategies into actionable plans.
