QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), strong communication and negotiation skills, creativity in design, organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, and AI experience is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and manage relationships with influencers, develop and execute influencer campaigns, monitor performance metrics, negotiate contracts, create graphic content for various platforms, ensure brand alignment in all visuals, and collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns.

The Influencer Manager & Graphic Designer will enhance brand awareness through influencer partnerships and creative content design, acting as a link between the brand and influencers.

Role Overview

As the Influencer Manager & Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement through influencer partnerships and visually captivating content. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and key influencers, while also ensuring our creative assets align with our identity.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Management

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to ensure ROI and campaign success.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing and social media platforms.

Graphic Design

  • Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Design assets including but not limited to banners, advertisements, email templates, and website visuals.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the brand story effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships with influencers.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for design and an understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Organization: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. MUST BE ABLE TO USE EXCEL.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • AI EXPERIENCE: Experience using AI will be preferred
