Seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to enhance our affiliate program by recruiting affiliates, managing partnerships, and optimizing campaigns for increased revenue.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and grow our influencer marketing program by identifying, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with affiliates and influencers promoting our products. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue through effective partnerships and campaign optimization while ensuring that affiliate relationships are mutually beneficial. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.


WHAT YOU'LL DO-


  • Affiliate Program Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program, ensuring campaigns are running smoothly and effectively.
    • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to increase conversions and revenue.
  • Affiliate Recruitment:
    • Identify new potential affiliate partners and lead the recruitment process.
    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliates and stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Collaborate with affiliates to test and optimize social media campaigns, creative assets, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
    • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Communication & Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries and issues.
    • Provide affiliates with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve sales and performance targets.
    • Negotiate commission structures, terms, and promotional strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, wholesale sales, and product teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals.
    • Ensure alignment between affiliate offers, promotions, and product launches.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE -


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
    • Proven experience in managing affiliate programs and driving growth.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, industry trends, and best practices.
    • Proficient in using affiliate tracking software and analytics tools (e.g., GoAffPro or similar platforms).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Additional Qualifications:
    • Experience working with performance-based compensation models.
    • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and affiliate management software preferred.
