Influencer Marketing Manager

The company is pioneering the next-generation affiliate and creator marketing agency powered by AI, changing the way brands and creators collaborate, and enabling go-to-market and growth marketing teams to achieve more, better and faster. The company streamlines the tedious, manual tasks that often accompany managing affiliate programs, allowing teams to focus on what truly matters: growth.

A core function of our team is affiliate and creator recruitment and engagement. We are looking for a driven influencer marketing manager to work with us on recruitment and activation of affiliates and creators.

The sales process typically looks like the following:

• Outbound outreach (this is semi automated)
• Call scheduling
• Pitching affiliates and creators our client and the budget rates
• Rate negotiation
• Affiliate and creator activation

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales or customer experience

You will be paid hourly and there is a bonus component for the number of activations per rate tier.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.49 - $21.10 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
