WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced performance marketer to develop and execute our partnerships marketing strategies and creative campaigns. As the Influencer Performance Marketing Manager you will play an integral role in building, and maintaining partnerships and brand relations while growing the influencer channels to drive revenue. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, and Social Media teams to develop partnership strategies that align directly with business goals. Interest and passion for the healthy and wellness industry is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage commission and flat-rate affiliate and influencer programs to drive new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.
  • Lead new commission and flat-rate prospecting, recruitment, and activation, to achieve consistent growth targets across the entire partnerships program in support of company top line revenue growth.
  • Identify and implement onboarding of new influencer platforms and channels.
  • Build and maintain strong long term partnerships.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for influencer marketing and act as a resource to our marketing team to deepen market penetration of our performance partnership business.
  • Forecast and track key metrics, prepare reports on program and publisher performance, and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and propose strategic recommendations for paid media to build out whitelisting with partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align with existing promotional calendar, as well as development new channel-specific creative and promotions.
  • Monitor monthly performance metrics providing clear reporting and solution oriented suggestions to senior management including adapting existing strategy to maximize impact of marketing investment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, influencer marketing, and/or brand partnerships (required).
  • Experience in driving profitable revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Displays understanding of performance vs awareness (ROAS vs Brand Awareness campaigns).
  • Experience identifying and vetting partnerships across IG + TikTok. (other platforms are a plus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, gmail).
  • Highly detail-oriented and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Self-starter, embodies an ownership mindset.
  • Very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to pivot, prioritize, and execute on changing goals and needs.
  • Strong team player and ability to work well with others.
  • Strong communication skills: prompt, thoughtful, professional, and collaborative in their internal and external communication.

Salary

$80,000 - $105,000 per year
