Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist, you will be a key player in driving sales growth and ensuring our customers remain highly satisfied. You will manage client accounts, develop sales strategies, and use your initiative to ensure long-term customer loyalty and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Promote and upsell water treatment products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer loyalty.
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of client accounts. Resolve account-related inquiries, act as the main point of contact, and ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Use data insights to adjust strategies and optimize sales efforts.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or account management. Experience in water treatment or a related industry is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on building customer trust.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively, with attention to detail.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of water treatment systems is beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends is essential.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets, customer relationships, and problem resolution.
