Inside Sales Coordinator
LOCATION
Hybrid (requires commute to Reston, VA 20190)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, client services, or a related role; familiarity with CRM systems and experience in preparing Statements of Work (SOWs).

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and ensuring seamless client engagement. This position focuses on managing incoming leads, coordinating client meetings, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to signed agreements. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to scope projects, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), and nurture ongoing client relationships. Additionally, the role involves exploring opportunities for follow-on work, promoting Service+ offerings, and supporting the sales team in research, lead identification, and proposal development. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure the sales process operates smoothly and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Coordination and Management:
- Load incoming leads from the UKG Community into PipeDrive
- Contact clients to schedule meetings and coordinate resources, such as Burgan or other experts, for scoping discussions
- Facilitate scoping calls, including oversight and note-taking
- Develop and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) for client review and approval
- Manage the signature process for SOWs, coordinating with clients and Miller
Sales Growth and Expansion:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for follow-on work based on initial scopes
- Introduce and promote Service+ offerings to clients
Client Engagement and Follow-Up:
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
- Collaborate with the Service+ oversight team to deliver consistent messaging to clients
Sales Team Support:
- Assist with the preparation of SOWs and responses to RFPs
- Conduct market research to support sales strategies and initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new leads for potential opportunities
Organizational Alignment:
- Comprehension and alignment to established goals and objectives within the framework of the Worldgate Continuous Feedback Approach
- Ensure compliance with criminal background check standards by maintaining a clear record throughout employment tenure
- Stay up to date on basic computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
- Understand Worldgate’s mission, values, and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) and ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate’s values and behaviors

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred – Equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, client services, or a related role
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive) and project management tools is a plus
- Experience preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) or similar client documentation is preferred
- Sales or customer relationship certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification) are advantageous but not required
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., PipeDrive, Salesforce) for lead tracking and client management
- Ability to take detailed meeting notes and translate them into actionable tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
- Attention to detail in preparing and reviewing client-facing documents such as SOWs and proposals
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
