Reports To: Sales Director/ Operations

Job Summary:

The Jr. Bike Parking Consultant promotes products and services offered by Saris Infrastructure to existing and potential clients. This vital team member operates from within the company's premises and collaborates closely with the sales and operations team to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals. Their primary objective is to build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions, thereby driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotations, Negotiations, and order entry: The sales representative prepares and delivers accurate quotations to clients, engaging in negotiations when required to reach mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline is essential for tracking leads, opportunities, and progress. The representative must diligently record and update customer information, interactions, and sales-related data in the company's CRM system.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: The consultant will identify the request and qualitatively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue and broaden the product/service uptake.
  • Customer Engagement: A crucial aspect of the role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients. The sales representative must engage with clients to understand their requirements, answer queries, and address concerns, ensuring a positive and lasting customer experience – via e-mail, phone or in-person if needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of the company's products or services is imperative. The representative should be able to articulate product features, advantages, and benefits effectively, showcasing how they meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Tradeshows and Events: Be available to attend tradeshows and events for lead generation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
