The Inside Sales role at Sila serves as valuable sales support for all departments that result in selling of services and equipment. These departments include Outside Sales, Sales Service, Service, and Maintenance, with future plans to support the Plumbing and Electrical divisions. The purpose of this support is to provide a follow up protocol for all opportunities generated by any of these departments. By taking the burden of follow up communication and closing of sales off of the technicians, this allows a dedicated person or team to execute a more thorough sales process, thus reducing missed opportunities, and maximizing total sales and closing percentages. The positions duties are also flexible, and can be applied to various applications throughout all of Sila’s service departments, and as a new and developing position, can grow quickly, and evolve with the business as an integral support.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Making outbound calls, emails, and texts to existing customers as follow up to heating and cooling services and maintenance.
- Making follow up, one-off calls to follow up on Outside Sales’ appointments.
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to offer promotional services.
- Daily management of tasks in ServiceTitan.
- Active management of Outlook email and cell phone call and texts.
- Scheduling of appointments for Outside Sales team when outbound calls result in a consultation.
- Scheduling of any service generated from outbound promotional calls, example being a Sewer Line Camera inspection for the plumbing team.
- Processing all sales that are closed as result of follow up calls. Ie: Sales closed by the Inside Sales Representative.
- Selling quoted estimates manually when not approved by customer over email.
- Processing payments on estimates.
- Running credit checks for financing.
- Communication with Sales and Installation management teams to coordinate sold jobs.
- Managing all subsequent follow ups for all sold jobs, acting as customer advocate for any questions or concerns they come back to Inside Sales with.
- A working knowledge of ServiceTitan, and how to navigate the program to complete these functions.
The eligible Sales and Marketing Coordinator receives:
· Average first year income range: $45k - $45k + commissions.

Requirements:
· Bachelors degree minimum in marketing or business.
· Top-notch customer service skills.
· Minimum of 2 year of relevant sales and marketing experience.
· Social media marketing experience.
Salary: $50k-$60k + Uncapped Commission
