City Connect is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop leads and sell print advertising services, offering comprehensive training and competitive pay with uncapped commissions.

City Connect is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to sell our Print Advertising services across the country. If you are passionate about sales, driven to succeed, and looking for a supportive company, we want to hear from you!

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary role will be to develop new leads, engage with potential clients, understand their advertising needs, and close sales. You will be provided with comprehensive training to help you succeed—no prior sales experience required. This is your chance to learn from the ground up while earning competitive pay and commission!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct research to identify new leads through business directories, web searches, and digital resources
  • Maintain a detailed list/database of potential clients
  • Present and deliver information to prospective clients
  • Answer client questions and follow up to move the sales process forward
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals
  • Track sales metrics and performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads to close sales
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
