Minimum of 1 year sales experience and 2 years customer service skills, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and problem solve, fluent in Spanish preferred, high school diploma or equivalent.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to facilitate sales, provide excellent customer service, and support outside sales, all while maintaining professionalism in a collaborative work environment.
We are currently seeking a full-time, motivated Inside Sales Representative in our Bradenton office. You will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate professionalism and provide excellent customer service. You will provide sales support to outside sales representatives, sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails, understanding customer needs and requirements, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales. You will always maintain a high level of professionalism.
Salary: $45,000.00 base pay plus commission.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assigned a full region
- Qualify leads through outbound calls/emails/abandoned carts, CRM (ex: hubspot) and any other lead generating sources.
- Field customer questions or complaints; when the issue is beyond your knowledge, forward to the assigned regional rep.
- Answer 10-12 incoming chats weekly through the web store.
- Answer emails and voicemails from customers sent directly to you.
- Partner and provide support to assigned outside sales representative.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Ability to demonstrate the features and the services of company website.
- Ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
- Enter enrollments, process and close sales entered via the website.
- Up-selling products and services.
- Assist existing customers with area changes, add-ons and wait list.
- Assist admins with area changes, cycle changes and sales questions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform Essential Job Functions:
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated, progressive sales success
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service skills
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Fluent in Spanish - reading, writing, and speaking - preferred but not required
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to deal with people beyond giving and receiving instructions. Must be adaptable to performing under stress or when dealing with persons under stress. Excellent computer skills, especially typing and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to exceed the industries standards in customer service on a daily basis.
- Ability to problem solve and handle customers in difficult situations.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals.
- Ability to perform as a team player.
