POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Specialist – Custom Solutions position is tasked with driving substantial growth and development of new business by offering tailored product solutions to a worldwide market. This role will boost revenue through identifying and nurturing new business opportunities and securing projects that meet specific functional requirements with different industry partners. As a crucial team member, the Inside Sales Specialist – Custom Solutions will play an essential role in furthering McDanel's corporate growth objectives.

· Maintain accurate and current customer records in the company CRM system.
· Implement effective time management and market prioritization strategies.
· Support and promote key marketing strategies and initiatives.
· Prepare and present quarterly territory updates to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
· Participate in training programs as required.

Skills & Abilities
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferably Ceramics/Advanced Materials) OR 5–8 years of experience in technical B2B sales within a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
- Proven expertise in technical sales and business development, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer engagement.
Language Skills:
- Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business publications, professional journals, and technical documents.
- Skilled in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural guidelines.
- Experienced in delivering impactful presentations and responding to inquiries from management, employees, and customers.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, including handling high-pressure or stressful situations professionally.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
