What you’ll do:

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on Instrumentation and Controls
Troubleshoot and repair Instrumentation and Controls
Provide support to engineering as needed (projects, field walks, knowledge-based)
Provide support and feedback to planners and schedulers
Complete installations on field instruments
Assist in developing instrument procedures
Work out of lift equipment such as scissor lifts, bucket trucks, and aerial lifts
Contribute and align with Cenovus safety culture and standards
Participate in daily maintenance meetings

Who you are:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Related Technical Degree or 3 years of experience in an industrial environment as an Instrumentation Technician or equivalent is required
Ability to understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
Ability to satisfactorily pass any applicable written or field tests and training as required by Cenovus
