QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of marketing experience, particularly in campaign management and digital marketing; experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or SaaS; strong collaboration and analytical skills; proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce); Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).

Bitsight is seeking an Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager to enhance their global market presence and drive revenue growth through effective multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on the cybersecurity sector.

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build the end-to-end strategy and execution of global campaigns targeting both new logo and expansion plays, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators.
- Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Gather insights and feedback to assess market-specific campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly. Utilize data analytics to continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies based on real-time insights, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
- Collaboration and Regional Alignment: Work closely to align with cross-functional marketing teams to build and execute global campaigns aligned to the overall business strategy and tailoring to regional needs. Foster cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing, product marketing, content marketing, corporate communications, customer marketing and MOPS to ensure marketing campaigns incorporate effective messaging and content, aligned to Bitsight personas and market segments.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Drive the seamless integration of digital, content, and regional marketing efforts within global campaigns. Ensure that all campaign components are cohesively aligned to deliver a unified brand message and customer journey experience across all touchpoints.
- 5+ years of marketing experience as a Marketing Campaign Manager (or related) with proven working experience in marketing campaigns and digital marketing (webinars, targeted email, paid search, social and content syndication strategies)
- Cybersecurity, IT Security, or SaaS experience required
- Must be a highly collaborative individual who enjoys relationship building and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders in marketing and sales.
- Strong capacity to think and work strategically, and execute as an individual contributor leading through influence.
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, project management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills..
- Must be metrics driven and a very strong analytical thinker.
- An extremely creative and hands-on role that works closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to develop and execute marketing programs.
- Previous experience with end-to-end campaign planning.
- Proficiency in marketing automation – experience with Hubspot and Salesforce.com or similar a plus
- Experience with partners as a way of extending the reach and impact of programs is a plus.
- Threat Intelligence, Threat Detection and Response campaign experience is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA a plus.
