Position Overview

Health Union is seeking an Integrated Marketing Director to join our growing team. Working in tandem with the VP, Integrated Marketing, this role will directly impact company success through the creation of strategic advertising proposals, compelling sales collateral, and meaningful B2B messaging that communicates the value of our company, products, and programs.

The Integrated Marketing Director will work closely with colleagues in sales, product, account support, community, creative and operations on product commercialization, Go-To-Market strategy, and RFP responses for our pharma digital advertising partners. With a goal of elevating our sales materials, proposals, and B2B messaging to showcase how our solutions drive improved outcomes for both patients and brand partners, the Director will be accountable for empowering sales excellence by creating and maintaining collateral such as presentations, strategy pitch decks, content strategies, sell sheets, case studies, sizzle videos and more. Additionally, the Director will contribute to Health Unions corporate B2B strategy including social, email, thought leadership, paid promotion, website, events, and more - keeping our brand, performance, thought-leadership, and products top of mind among current and potential clients.


What You Do:

  • Partner with the Sales, Outcomes, and Account Services team as the Integrated Marketing lead on key Pharma accounts, responsible for strategic direction and PPT presentations for RFP responses, pitch decks, and proposals across Health Unions DTC, HCP, and programmatic business units.
  • Your leadership will include understanding advertisers business goals, how to pair them with the most effective Health Union product solutions and content, and how to tell this story in a compelling, visual, customized way showcasing performance
  • You will lead pre-sale brainstorming sessions, think strategically, and efficiently answer a high influx of RFPs and proactive requests while maintaining a high level of quality and customization
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to sales and account service teams for materials, communication tools and company insights that help advance client relationships. Keep abreast of marketplace trends, audience insights, and industry guidelines to help inform proposal creation and to help support our brand story
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to create sales collateral, presentation materials, and templates for the sales and account service teams that showcase the value of the company, our data leadership, and the success of our products. Assist in the creation of relevant case studies and success stories
  • Support the Integrated Marketing team in the development of sales messaging, materials and trainings for new product launches
  • Contribute to annual Go to Market strategy and roll-out, including assisting in the creation and maintenance of the General Presentation, RFP response templates, sell sheets, sales training materials, and new products/innovations/packaging; coordinate development workflow with UX, Product, and Sales teams
  • Lead Health Unions corporate B2B social strategy and execution with a focus on thought leadership, creating content for webinars and presentations for conferences
  • Support the IM team as needed in B2B marketing efforts including conferences, e-blasts, thought leadership, webinars, corporate website messaging, Insights marketing, and more
  • Manage workflow of projects as assigned, proactively solicit input to inform priorities, and collect feedback from team members to improve work outcomes

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and sales support, with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Excellent communication abilities - written, visual and verbal - with a passion for creativity and simplicity; appreciates and values the importance of branding
  • Working familiarity with multiple digital channels and their applicability against client KPIs, Understanding of advertising strategy and the ability to create powerful powerpoint proposals
  • Foundational understanding of digital media, digital data solutions, pharmaceutical marketing, and healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Strong attention to detail; commitment to excellence in your personal work product
  • Organized with proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Works with a sense of urgency and purpose; flexible orientation - able to work independently or as part of a team - with a preference for working in fast-paced, dynamic work environments
  • Self-motivated; demonstrated ability to excel with minimal supervision

Annual base salary for positions at this level and job group is $94,000 to $132,000, and your base pay will depend on the qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for this job.

At Health Union, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range which provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
