Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Marketing Intern to work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute strategic initiatives to deliver brand and marketing content across a diverse mix of communication channels. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a bright and driven individual to join and support an experienced team of marketing professionals at one of the nation’s leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with media sweeps and media alerts
• Support newsletter writing
• Research awards and speaking opportunities
• Assist with media list building/ research and media pitching
• Research and assist digital content campaigns
• Assist Marketing team in all aspects (digital, social, analytics, email marketing, and design)
• Perform other duties as required and assigned

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university, preferably pursuing a major in marketing, communications or related field
• Familiarity with Wrike, Canva, InDesign and Photoshop is preferred
• Professional presentation skills, demeanor and ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
• Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $20.00 per hour.
