Seeking a creative Internal Marketing Strategist focused on social media to develop strategies, create content, and enhance brand engagement both internally and externally within a dynamic marketing team.
Job Summary:We are seeking a creative, results-driven Internal Marketing Strategist with a strong focus on social media to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and strategy development. This role will work cross-functionally to promote our brand, drive engagement, and support internal communication through social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among employees and target audiences.
- Develop campaigns and content plans tailored to different social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to continuously improve and adapt strategies.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Work with internal teams to develop compelling, on-brand content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
- Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and relevant to both internal employees and external audiences.
- Oversee content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster employee engagement by creating and promoting internal social media initiatives (e.g., internal campaigns, recognition programs).
- Interact with employees, stakeholders, and external audiences to build relationships and encourage positive social media conversations.
- Respond to comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, adjusting tactics to optimize performance.
- Provide regular reports on social media metrics and KPIs to internal stakeholders.
- Use insights to inform future strategies and content development.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure all social media communications align with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.
- Assist with maintaining a cohesive brand voice across all social media channels.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with HR, internal communications, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recruitment and employer branding efforts via social media channels.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and platforms to reach a broader internal and external audience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or internal communications.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating and managing social media content and campaigns.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience working in a corporate or large organizational environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
