What Will You Be Doing?
- Respond promptly to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Manage and monitor dealership leads from various online platforms.
- Set a strong example in follow-up processes, including phone calls and customer outreach.
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support for monthly website updates and changes.
- Identify and utilize OEM-specific specials and incentives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
