Required Skills:

1+ years of experience in sales preferred but not required

Competitive natured

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to penetrate new accounts

Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects

Professional work ethic and integrity

Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team

Industrious personality

Be coachable

An insatiable appetite for success

Provide clients with valuable financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate

Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan

Other responsibilities as assigned by Management

Duties/Essential Functions:

Must be ready to dedicate yourself full-time to growing your real estate business at 100% commission (we are not accepting part-time agents).

Complete RFP Homes intensive, in-depth training program

Become an expert in investment real estate sales/analysis/brokerage

Relentlessly and proactively reach out to real estate investors

Be confident and comfortable with 50-100+ cold calls daily

Maintain detailed records of activity on RFP Homes CRM system

Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships

Assist clients in identifying and acquiring/selling distressed properties with high potential

Other responsibilities as assigned by Management

What You Can Expect When You Join:

· Hard Work – This is not a 9 am - 5 pm job. High income earners in our industry make investment real estate a way of life. “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.” We work long hours and find our meaningful work highly rewarding.

·Calling – Our agents make between 200-300 calls per week. Successful agents are comfortable talking with strangers and have above average relationship building skills.

· Training – Our proven training program prepares newer team members for a career in investment real estate that maximizes potential and supports growth. Our in-depth training includes discussion, online tools, role playing, and analysis.

· Mentorship – Agents receive one-on-one coaching with RFP’s founders and senior leadership to transfer knowledge and accelerate ramp-up time.

Requirements

· Texas Real Estate License: Must obtain a valid Texas real estate license. As a brokerage, we are required by law to pay commissions only to licensed agents.

Salary

· 100% Commission Based (1099 Contractor)
