- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in IT Support (help desk, ticketing)
- Familiarity with database management software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work tasks, with a willingness to perform duties onsite or at project locations as required.
