Job Summary:
We seek a proven, demand generation marketer to manage and execute the go-to-market strategy of our IT Services (ITS) vertical. This role will develop, execute, and report on end-to-end campaigns to drive new business and build brand recognition and awareness. You will work collaboratively with our marketing director and various IT sales teams to leverage your strategic and creative expertise to design, execute, and measure ABM and demand generation campaigns that engage target audiences and drive pipeline growth. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop a marketing plan that aligns with the business objectives of the ITS segment. Collaborate with IT sales teams to define customer profiles to target.
ABM and Demand Generation Strategy: Build and own Journey’s ABM strategy for target accounts, developing multi-channel demand generation programs that meet pipeline goals. Ensure all ABM campaigns are launched at the highest caliber of quality possible
Content Development: Manage and execute content development for advertising, email campaigns, and website development that aligns with overall ITS go-to-market strategy. Develop content that increases brand awareness, differentiates our solutions in the market, builds trust within the IT industry, and encourages the target audience to engage with our team.
Digital Marketing: Work alongside the Marketing Ops Manager and Senior Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing strategies, including data list enrichment, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation for websites and landing pages.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, based on OIT marketing strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support business objectives and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Analyze Performance: Measure campaign success using pipeline influence, lead quality, and ROI. Track, identify, and resolve when campaigns are off plan, constantly optimizing for performance. Based on insights, adjust tactics to meet growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- History of successful demand generation campaigns, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels (paid social, paid search, organic social, content/SEO, email marketing, event marketing, PR, ABM)
- A working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ZoomInfo is preferred.
- Experience in marketing automation and measurement, specifically in account-based marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and tactics
- 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on integrated campaigns across marketing tactics: email, social media, content, and paid tactics.
- A creative mindset – thinking outside the box to create innovative ABM strategies that drive results.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in addressable B2B audience development
- Experience with any of our target industries a plus: Entertainment, Legal, Government, Staffing, Cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
