We are seeking an experienced IT Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in the banking domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, driving demand generation, and enhancing brand visibility in a B2B environment. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, collaboration, and executional excellence to support our organization's business goals and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing programs and budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, pipeline building, and customer advocacy.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including global and regional teams, sales leadership, partner marketing, product marketing, and analyst relations.
  • Foster strong partnerships to leverage the marketing mix and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Pipeline Development and Management:
  • Work closely with sales leadership to design and implement initiatives that drive pipeline growth and sales acceleration.
  • Ensure seamless alignment across marketing and sales teams to achieve business priorities.
Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute digital and social media campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Create impactful marketing collateral to support demand generation.
Event Strategy and Execution:
  • Plan and deliver customer events, roundtables, webinars, and trade shows that drive business outcomes.
  • Maximize visibility at industry conferences, receptions, and exhibitions.
Marketing Operations and Analytics:
  • Partner with marketing operations teams to manage leads effectively and generate detailed reports for forecasting and analysis.
  • Continuously refine marketing programs based on performance insights.
Brand Visibility and Industry Knowledge:
  • Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance brand visibility in diverse markets, emphasizing technological leadership and domain expertise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regional dynamics, and competitive insights through financial publications, analyst reports, and relevant industry resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
  • Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably within IT, high-tech, Cloud/SaaS solutions, or Financial Services industries.
  • Expertise in developing and executing demand generation programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Solid experience in managing medium to large-scale B2B virtual and physical events.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting and business analysis.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and strategies for demand creation and sales opportunity acceleration.
