We are seeking a creative and driven Executive Chef with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine to oversee kitchen operations and create unforgettable dining experiences in Miami.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight Mediterranean cuisine, reflecting seasonal and local ingredients.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with management on restaurant concepts, special events, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Drive creativity and innovation in the kitchen, constantly evolving the dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine; experience with menu development is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in opening new restaurants or concepts.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
