We are a dynamic jewelry store specializing in unique and high-quality pieces. Our goal is to connect with customers both in-store and online, and we’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate to help drive our social media sales through platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Promote and sell jewelry through social media channels, focusing on Instagram and TikTok.

• Create engaging content to attract and retain followers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

• Maintain knowledge of current trends in jewelry and social media marketing.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

• Meet and exceed sales goals on a commission basis.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in retail sales or social media marketing, preferably in the jewelry industry.

• Must have an established social media presence with a demonstrated ability to engage followers.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their sales potential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly motivated with a passion for jewelry and customer service.

**Compensation:**

This position is commission-based, allowing for unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
