Jluxlabel is seeking a motivated Junior Marketer to join our team and support the execution and optimization of marketing strategies across various channels. You will assist in developing and implementing retail and digital marketing campaigns, managing marketing assets, and gaining hands-on experience in areas such as paid media, creative asset management, and market research.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional departments to execute initiatives that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement. You’ll build relationships with external partners, learn key digital marketing tools, and contribute to diverse marketing projects while growing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing marketing strategies for retail and digital channels
- Support the creation, management, and tracking of marketing assets, timelines, and budgets
- Contribute to paid media and affiliate marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights
- Assist in reporting on campaign performance and optimizing marketing efforts
- Help execute trade marketing plans, including coordinating activities like trade shows and sales meetings
- Maintain and update marketing assets on relevant platforms (e.g., B2B e-commerce like Nuorder)
- Support the coordination of creative asset development and asset briefing
- Assist in managing affiliate and paid media programs, ensuring alignment with brand goals
- Learn and contribute to the optimization of paid media strategies across platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or consumer goods (experience in retail or fashion is a plus)
- Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
