ABOUT THE ROLE

- Triage and manage marketing operations support tickets
- Oversee daily administration of martech tools
- Conduct user onboarding and system maintenance
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the marketing technology stack
- Manage user access and permissions for various marketing systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for martech tools
- Support continuous improvement of marketing operations processes and workflows
- Receive, prioritize, and respond to marketing operations support tickets in a timely manner Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
- Configure and maintain key systems such as Pardot, Outreach, DemandBase, and ZoomInfo Perform regular system health checks and optimize tool performance
- Create and manage user accounts for new team members
- Conduct training sessions on martech tool usage Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks
- Develop user guides and knowledge base articles for marketing systems
- Identify and propose improvements to existing processes and workflows
- 1-3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo preferred)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and its objects
- Familiarity with marketing or sales enablement tools
- A strong self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
