Identify and engage potential clients in the gaming sector, manage a sales pipeline, conduct research to identify leads, book meetings, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Develop outreach campaigns, and collaborate with remote teams.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a passionate gamer with sales experience to manage accounts and generate leads for video game companies and brands targeting gamers, offering a base salary, commission, and a fully remote work environment.

We need a hard core gamer to act as a sales and account manager for the US market. You need to have a sales background and only those with demonstrable outbound sales experience will be considered for the role. Please ensure this is reflected in your CV and covering letter. The ideal candidate is likely to have video game industry experience and/or marketing agency sales experience.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who is deeply analytical yet creative to use technology to identify and target prospective clients, build outreach campaigns, and manage new client onboarding. You will be reaching out to video game companies as well as brands looking to reach gamers.

  • Locate new target customers to build, own and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and identifying the decision makers.
  • Book initial meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Outbound lead generation and working with account team on inbound lead generation strategy.
  • Contacting prospects via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing US based clients.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Outbound sales and business development experience.
  • CRM/Email marketing experience, ideally Apollo.
  • A passion for gaming in all its guises.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of outbound sales marketing, company research and use of data.
  • Ability to create and drive innovative growth activities.
  • Video games work experience.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with remote teams and clients as well as manage your own workload.
  • This is a fully remote role so you must have your own computer with reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
  • Ability to work independently.

More than anything we are looking for a “can do” attitude and ability to problem solve.
