SHORT DESCRIPTION

Junior Marketer Content Builder role at Touchpoint Labs, a fast-growing technology company, responsible for crafting digital masterpieces, blending creativity with structure, and innovative problem solving.

About Us

Touchpoint Labs is a fast-growing, lean, innovative early-stage technology company. Our software gives small and local businesses the same capabilities only enjoyed by the big brands. We believe local businesses & organizations should have the same access to technology and techniques to communicate & compete like big brands and do it better. It’s vital small businesses are fully competitive so that our local economies and communities can be healthy.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Digital Masterpieces: Design engaging landing pages, digital forms, brochures, and marketing automation workflows that captivate and convert. The client hands you their images, videos, and copy, you weave it into an engaging experience for their end consumer.
  • Blending Creativity with Structure: In some instances, you’ll follow a proven process to incorporate images, videos, links, and pre-written content into our templates. In others, you'll use your creativity to turn a half-baked idea into tangible, impactful campaigns.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Work with varying degrees of guidance, from detailed briefs to broad concepts, requiring you to think on your feet and deliver creative solutions that align with our clients' goals.
  • Respect for Brand: Each client has a unique style and brand identity (colors, styling, the vibe of their messaging - do they seem professional, fun, inviting). You must keenly observe a client's styling and branding, when in some cases, the specifics aren't spelled out for you, and emulate their brand in new contexts. Said simply, you have a natural love and appreciation for the discipline of branding.

This is primarily a "behind the scenes" role. Meeting with clients is not something you will experience on a typical day.

Doing well in this entry-level role, your next leap forward may be around the corner. This may include more creative responsibilities, UX, video editing, client consulting, or a path that aligns with your passions. We are focused on identifying everyone's strengths and matching them to a role they will be happy in.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: While coding skills are not required (far from it), you should be eager to learn and adept at using online content management and marketing automation software. Full training is provided and fully paid.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A high-speed internet connection is essential for seamless remote work.
  • Detail-Oriented and Deadline-Driven: You must be able to follow instructions with accuracy and adhere to deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with Digital Tools: Experience with CRM tools, email marketing software, or website builders like Weebly, Wix, or Squarespace is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Self-Motivated and Disciplined: The freedom of remote work comes with a need for motivation and self-discipline, as you'll be managing your tasks without constant supervision.

What’s In It For You?

  • Hands-On Experience: Gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven start-up environment, providing you with skills that can catapult your career in various directions, including graphic design, creative marketing, or account management.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere that inspires you, be it your home, a coffee shop, or a co-working space. No more time-consuming commutes.
