Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding our footprint within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and a deep understanding of Microsoft security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and strategic partnership.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ontinue's SOC and MXDR services.
- skills in running / organizing service reviews and QBRs
Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account-specific strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of Ontinue's offerings.
Customer Success:
- Understand clients' business needs and security requirements to tailor Ontinue's services to meet their specific needs.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Market and Product Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of Ontinue's SOC and MXDR services, as well as Microsoft security solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and leveraging Ontinue's expertise to enhance their security posture.
Nice to haves:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft security solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure security services.
