QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required, 3+ years of experience in customer facing or customer support role, Salesforce experience preferred, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent organizational skills, friendly and collaborative demeanor, strong decision-making skills, ability to work in international environment with diverse teams and customers.

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role in cultivating and expanding our top-tier client relationships. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward.### In This Role
- Partner with National Account Executives to understand customer insights in order to maximize results from key clients
- Elevate the customer experience to provide world-class customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, as well as anticipating client's needs, implementing improvements, and identifying trends for future business
- Support seamless implementation of new products by creating presentations, training materials, and outlining product information
- Generate and present ad-hoc reports for Account Executives to drive key sales initiatives
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Art Studio, and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes
- Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team

The Ideal Person
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers
- Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
