Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Law Firm Administrator to join our team in a remote capacity, with a requirement to reside in Los Angeles or Orange County, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in law firm administration and hold a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) certification. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the law firm, ensuring effective management of resources, processes, and staff, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and compliance. The Law Firm Administrator will work closely with the firm's leadership to support its growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the law firm, including office operations, human resources, accounting, and technology.
- Ensure the efficient management of resources and workflow, focusing on improving productivity and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, including paralegals, clerks, and other support personnel.
- Develop and implement firm-wide policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Coordinate financial management tasks such as budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and billing processes.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers, managing contracts and relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with attorneys and management to establish long-term goals, strategic plans, and resource allocation for firm growth.
- Oversee the firm’s marketing efforts, including website management, client communications, and business development initiatives.
- Manage legal technology systems, ensuring that practice management software, document management systems, and communication tools are up-to-date and operating effectively.
- Maintain and enhance compliance with state and federal regulations related to law firm operations.
- Develop reports and presentations for firm management and leadership meetings, providing insights into operations and performance metrics.
- Preferred Skills

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in law firm administration, with a proven track record of managing operations and staff.
- Certified Legal Manager (CLM) certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of law firm operations, including finance, human resources, technology, and marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and handling legal billing processes.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
