Job Description

The Lead Content Marketer at The Splash Lab will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all content marketing efforts, ensuring our brand values resonate with the commercial architecture and design (A&D) industry. This role encompasses the end-to-end management of content marketing initiatives, from developing a comprehensive strategy to creating high-quality written content. It also includes managing contractors for visual and multimedia components to deliver cohesive campaigns that position TSL as a leader in the commercial A&D space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Marketing Strategy and Planning

Objective: Define and implement a results-driven content marketing strategy aligned with TSL’s business goals and the needs of the commercial A&D market.

Activities:

  • Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with product launches, market trends, and TSL’s brand positioning.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar that integrates multiple channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and case studies.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership, including white papers, industry reports, and trend analyses.

2. Content Creation and Management

Objective: Create high-quality written content that communicates TSL’s unique value proposition and engages the commercial A&D audience.

Activities:

  • Write and oversee the production of blogs, case studies, product descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to the needs of architects, designers, and industry partners.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

3. Contractor Coordination

Objective: Oversee and manage external contractors for video, graphic design, and other multimedia content.

Activities:

  • Provide clear briefs, feedback, and creative direction to ensure contractor deliverables align with the strategy.
  • Review and integrate visual and multimedia elements into campaigns for cohesive storytelling.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for outsourced projects.

4. Industry-Specific Campaign Development

Objective: Design and execute content campaigns that establish TSL as a thought leader and solution provider in the commercial A&D sector.

Activities:

  • Create campaigns that address pain points and aspirations specific to architects, designers, and specifiers.
  • Highlight key themes such as sustainability, modular design, and premium craftsmanship through storytelling.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align content strategies with broader business objectives.

5. Social Media Engagement and Community Building

Objective: Expand TSL’s presence on social platforms and foster engagement within the commercial A&D community.

Activities:

  • Manage and execute TSL’s social media strategy, creating content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Build relationships with influencers and key players in the A&D space to amplify TSL’s reach.
  • Encourage user-generated content and community interaction to enhance brand loyalty.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in content marketing with demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution.
  • Background in B2B marketing, particularly within the architecture, design, or commercial restroom industries.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness in a niche industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
