Job Description:

Hapax is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Lead Generation Media Marketing Specialist to drive the acquisition of high-quality leads across our digital marketing channels. You will be at the forefront of our online marketing efforts and ensure our marketing efforts are strategically aligned with our lead generation goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing tactics with business goals, ensuring a seamless and effective lead generation process that contributes directly to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and support executing the programs intended to drive demand for Hapax solutions
  • First position of its kind on the team – you’ll help establish operating rhythm and KPIs for business development across events, content and operations
  • Drive lead acquisition through a variety of channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing, while continuously optimizing strategies for each platform
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring proper lead nurturing and follow-up
  • Ensure clear communication between the marketing and sales teams regarding lead handoff processes, lead quality, and any necessary follow-up. Use feedback from sales to continuously refine lead qualification criteria and improve marketing tactics
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement
  • Continuously analyze performance data to refine targeting, improve ROI, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness
  • Create engaging, high-converting landing pages, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and other assets to support lead generation efforts. Work together to ensure content aligns with audience pain points and provides valuable solutions
  • Review current social media activity and plan and implement new strategies to grow the social media footprint
  • Develop high-quality content like blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and webinars to attract and engage potential leads, establishing thought leadership within the industry
  • Manage third party media relationships to ensure all deliverables are received

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, paid media campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Experience managing website updates, feature enhancements, integrations and deployments
  • Ability to deploy landing pages and maintain site accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor campaigns for automation accuracy and perform quality assurance on customer-facing initiatives
  • Collaborate on the development and integration of marketing technologies to enhance capabilities and streamline processes
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, Webflow strongly preferred
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation
